Hi, I'm Dr. Mona Ghosheh...
…and I help young adults figure out who they are when they live in a world that doesn’t see them. I help them get out from under the pressing weight of having to answer life’s biggest questions. And to radiate the amazing person that’s there deep inside.
I know for certain that hidden within you, is your best self, waiting to be uncovered.
I’ve worked with young adults since 2007, mostly on college campuses, helping them excel and feel comfortable in their own skin.
My passion for helping 20-30 somethings explore their identities and tackle depression and anxiety stems from my own struggles as a 20-something. I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like to feel utterly lost and alone with seemingly no one to turn to.
As a first-generation Arab-American, counseling felt foreign and out of reach. It became important for me to transform counseling into a tool that’s relatable and accessible. I've also worked extensively with systems to address the injustices and pressures imposed on people with marginalized identities.
Because sometimes, even if you believe you are worthy, the world around you might try to convince you otherwise. To tell you that you’re less capable or less deserving because of who you are, your family background, how you identify, or the color of your skin.
If there's anything that I've learned from my experiences, it's that challenges (whether internal or external) are a part of life. What matters most is how we respond to those challenges. With the right set of tools, you can work through whatever comes your way and start to excel again!
I’m deeply passionate about this work and want to give more millennials & GEN Z’s a chance at creating the life they want. You’re amazing and have something magnificent to offer to the world. I wholeheartedly believe that.
Don’t waste another minute feeling awful. Let me help you create the life you want—to bring out the best in you.
